A: Your signature ALLEN'S LOLLYSMITHS jar is best handwashed with warm, soapy water inside, and a damp cloth for the exterior. Your customised label may wear with time and cleaning.

Q: What are the dimensions of the custom jars?

A: Each Allen's Lollysmiths Custom Jar has a diameter of 10.5cm and a height of 18cm. The jar is enclosed within a gift box with the dimensions 20.8cm x 10.8cm x 27.1 cm.

Q: Why are ALLEN’S Black Cats not included?

A: It's incredibly unlucky to have that many Black Cats in one place! Our Lolly Experts had a hard time choosing their favourites for the 2017 Christmas season and unfortunately Black Cats didn’t make it. Keep an eye out on www.allenslollies.com.au – those cats have nine lives, you never know when they’ll show up!

Q: Have you changed the flavours / recipe?

A: We know how well loved our flavours & recipes are! Our Lolly Experts have not changed any recipes.

Q: Are the lollies softer than usual?

A: Our Lolly Experts have made all the lollies for ALLEN’S LOLLYSMITHS as freshly as possible, so they may be a little softer than you’re used to.

Q: Why are my favourites shrinking?

A: Sometimes as you grow taller, it looks like your childhood favourites are getting smaller! Our lollies haven’t changed in size at all.

Q: Is the packaging for the ALLEN’S LOLLYSMITHS recyclable?

A: Wherever possible, our Lolly Experts have chosen packaging that’s recyclable. Every pack includes recycling instructions.

Q: Is there any palm oil in your products?

A: Some of our products contain RSPO responsiblly sourced, sustainable palm oil. Check the product pages for more information.
